"The checkin system you have is GARBGE this is the 2nd time I have an issue with type of problem but last time it happened on blue diamond I checked in online for my son and myself but the stylist that I wanted didn't get there until 3 it was 230... I figure when I get there I'll explain that I wanted the stylist is coming in at 3 because it doesn't give me the option to click on the stylist that I want because she is not clocked in yet ..so when she showed up i explain That I wanted her to cut my hair cut she replied by telling me that there was one person in front of me which I did not understand because no one had checkin for her and I yet I was there watching .. I guess Priorities already goes the people who are looking for 1st available stylist ..ok whatever my son getting his hair cut so all wait anyways ... In older gentleman that came in around the same time I did was in the same position I was he wanted to get his haircut done by a specific stylist ...but it wouldn't allow him to check in online because she was not clocked in yet he explained to the people there that he would be back but ...he was already checked in when he finally got back he noticed that he was on the bottom of the list and he explained to the people there ...why did he go from waiting 30 minutes to an hour ... they tried to explain to him what happened ...but ... It didn't really make if happened to walk in ..the middle of conversation but since I was the from the beginning I understood completely... The system allows you to check in for 1st available but if you want somebody specifically that is not clocked in yet it won't allow you to choose that person soooooooo...how do you become the 1st person in line for the specific stylist that you want when she clocks in .....the whole point of the system so you don't have to wait more than u need to and u know who you want to cut ur hair ... To be completely honest with you it's too long to explain the whole scenario it better off going somewhere else that doesn't have this type of BS system.. Or better employees that are trained to handle this Difficult situations Sorry sports clips you've lost 3 customers...all be spending my money else were....good luck with ur business"

"Great service and friendly stylists and the MVP is always worth it. Only thing that would make it better would be the ability for them to use a straight razor."

"Whenever I’m in town this is the place I come to get my haircuts they are all very cheerful and pleasant which is always a plus. I honestly say I’ve never had a complaint about my haircuts. They have some good promotions from time to time which I rarely see anywhere else which is also cool bonus. Thanks Lesly for all the great haircuts!"

"Great service and staff, Leslie did an amazing job with my haircut and even gave me options other barbers never asked me about when getting my haircut. The location was very clean and organized, there's TV's everywhere and plenty of seats for waiting. I love the appointment system even if I have to wait a bit, when I get there I have someone for sure who will take care of me as soon as possible."

"Had a 20-25 minute wait (Not terrible. Willing to wait because I needed a cut). The location itself was clean and the staff was nice. My cut was a little messy though. I will not be returning to this location. Everything was rushed and done poorly."
